
Welcome to The Azalea City Chapter of The Links, Incorporated website! The Links Incorporated was established in 1946. The membership consists of 12,000 professional women of color in 274 chapters, 42 states, District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. It is one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations. Azalea City Chapter is proud to be a part of this amazing volunteer organization.
We have a rich legacy of service built on friendship and needs of our communities. Our business is about casting our nets down where needs are the greatest. The women you meet come from various walks of life. They are women dedicated to addressing issues that impact the welfare of this nation. You see us in the chambers of Congress and in our local, state capitol conferring with legislatures addressing issues of mutual concern. You see us holding hands with grandmothers who are concerned about “How do I take care of my grandchildren?” Educating our youth today has been a major focus in our programming. Read more…
